当我们宅一块
Hi all. Its been an awfully long time yeah! Ok lets see.
I'll be going on an exchange programme to Taiwan next year! (with Pei Min too!)
It's like one of my dreams coming true. Thank God for his grace and favour :)
So we're gonna be taking a break from the usual school routine and trying out a new experience.
Why Taiwan?
Our course dont exactly permit us to experiment too many countries.
Angmoh-speaking places are obviously out of the question since it'll be tough to clear our Chinese subjects. (sigh)
Lets just say TW is really the next best alternative for our 5-month-escapade.
That said, do start making next year's holiday plans and consider TW ok! :P
Right.
Oh, exams are coming in a month's time too. (The usual awakening)
As a Year 2 Undergrad, I've kinda grown accustomed to the Uni schedule- tests, presentations, reports, projects and more projects and even surprise projects?
Stress is unavoidable, but what we can do is to turn it into healthy stress yup?
Anws is it just me, or is this semester shorter ah?
Anyhow. Whatever that you've aimed to do but haven't, remember to get it done!
Lets not bid 2008 goodbye with regrets.
Be baccccckkk!

I could procrastinate like, forever.
OK another month just blinked by again!
So there, time for another self-note: That my July would be a month of relaxation & upgrading.
To learn what I've always wanted, get down to completing the tasks that I've procrastinated for more than a year(!) , and really enjoy the last few bits of summer vacation. (No right to call it a summer vacation in SG, i knows)
Yaaa...and the crafting of timetable for next semester.
OMG. EEEW.
I totally need to employ some Timetable Planner la.
Now that I've decided to move out of hall and Journey to the West requires truckloads of discipline, I do hope to see the least of duvet days, or duvet mornings.
.......This is pathetic, trying to kid myself, alamaks.
-SIGH-
Last semester taught me a lesson not to underestimate the potential destructive power of seemingly zuo bo modules. (Dear all, note: These are the most dangerous subjects, ever.)
*And refrain from touching the eleventh hour is a must, or no more INSTEP/GSS/Whatever for the next couple of years, .
*Background history: In January, I missed the deadline for INSTEP (Name of an exchange programme in NTU) online application. It goes like this...
1:20pm: "Hallo..? What? 2pm's the deadline? *Looks at watch* But I'm eating lunch. ... Ok, you can help me if theres still time after you're done with your own application form."
(FYI: We need to write an essay on a question that asks us why or how we think we can be ambassadors of NTU. Sth along that line, 'cos I've never had the chance to see how the form looked like anyways.)
1:45pm: "Woah you managed to help me type out that essay?? But not enough words? NEH MIND LAHHH, just send in lor! Better than never send in anything! *Gives username & password to kind friend*"
1:50, 1:53, 1:55pm: "HUH! Why the username and password wrong?? CORRECT WHAT. *Did triple check* Should be correct, try again."
1:59pm: "Still cannot?? Ahhh...Say out my username and password again! *Listens* *Thinks* *Thinks harder* OMG. MY USERNAME HAS ONE MORE 'E'...................."
2:00pm: -SYSTEM CLOSED-
Yes it was so drama.
Once I quit my current job, it ain't summer vacation no more.
It'll be my bummer vacation.
